Hello!!
I’m Lean, a native Brazilian that came to the United States in 2014 with a desire to experience American culture and develop my English language skills. Since then I’ve traveled all over America – from sea to shining sea. In 2016 I married my husband Joseph, a writer from Oregon who taught me American values and history. In 2021 our precious daughter was born and time has been really flying since then. In the last few years Joseph and I decided that “city life” is not for us – and we’re plotting our escape:
We plan to establish a homestead in the near future somewhere in the mountains of Appalachia. At the moment we’re working to develop our homesteading skills from our cozy one-bedroom Seattle apartment, looking for property and saving for a down-payment.
